Why do teens wear slippers?

im 14 and i dont know if i really want to do that

Why do teens wear slippers?
Around the house slippers are great. Out in the mall, it's because they think they look cool not realizing everyone else thinks they look stupid.
Reply:My teen age daughter does it because she is generally in a hurry and doesnt want to take time to put her shoes on and tie them. Also they are very comfortable and some can be stylish...the pajama look goes good with them if you are in college as well :O)

If you are talking about the other slippers, its for variety. Something besides sneakers, boots, and shoes is nice sometimes. You don't have to do it. Nobodys forcing you to.
