I have a problem with low blood, which means during the winter, my extremities stay freezing. I shower with scalding hot water just to feel relief but worst are my feet. I double up on socks but once cold sets in my feet, it takes hours to shake. I am seeking anyone's advice on the highest quality, proven foot coverings to keep myself warm or at least comfortable. It is not life-threatening but being cold all the time really feels crippling. Thanks.

Reply:I would highly recommend checking into hiking socks or really thick socks. Go to a sports store and explain to them what you are looking for. My mom and I both have problems with trying to stay warm so we look for very thick socks.
