Reply:Yea, its like 15 degrees here and I have to go downstairs to put wood in the furnace and bring some up for the fireplace every couple of hours.





Gas is too expensive and its a good thing we have an old converted coal furnace to burn wood in.

Reply:I love coming home and kicking off my shoes and putting my sore feet into ultra fluffy socks when cold or my slippers. Love it, love it, love it. :) I actually need new slippers. I wear the death out of them. hehehehe :)

Reply:I wear thong slippers... with hard bottoms... so that way if i have to i can just leave the house. They are cute they are white and pink and they are hello kitty... i live in japan so it's not unusual but even if i was back home in the states i would still wear them. They look like sandals but they are slippers... they are the best.





I have to wear something on my feet because I can't stand the feel of dirt or crumbs on a floor.... i have kids so there is always crumbs somewhere... even after i vacuum, sweep and mop...
Reply:must wear one or the other at all times - tile floors brrrrrrr on the tootsies. besides, walking barefoot causes callousses and plantar warts, (very unattractive), but I love my slippers the best - soft cushy and comfy. ;-)

Reply:I cannot stand to not wear shoes in the house or anywhere really ...except maybe the beach on the sand. I even wear shower shoes . i don't know i think it is a compulsive thing with me.
