How can I fix a pair of slippers that are very slippery and can cause me to fall.?

I have tried to scuff them up but it doesn't work.

Try masking tape on the bottom or roughing them up with sandpaper. Or use the same stuff baseball players use on bats to give them a better grip-it does work on leather or plastic.$4.99 for a bottle that will last you forever.

Reply:put a piece of duct tape on the bottom......i do that to all of mine......
Reply:Wear em around till you finally fall on your ***.

Then you'll probably decide to buy a new pair.

Problem solved.
Reply:Use rubber pads that are sticky on the bottom or floor protectors that are used for furniture...good luck.
Reply:Buy a new pair that isn't slippery... unless you're too cheap.
