Make them! Buy some really nice slippers and then look for Smiley Face Fabric or Better, I think in the Auto section Wal-Wort had Smiley Balls you could attach to the Slippers. When you make your own you will have a better quality slipper and it be unique, then your friends will want you to make them some, their families will want, then the people at their work will want. Then you have to move to a Rural Area get Government Funding and start a Company to Hire people to make your Slipper. Then you get Rich, kick your feet up on your Desk, Fire up a Cigar, well what ever women fire up, and say; "Ahhhh, this all started on Yahoo Answers with some dude called Snageifritz" ;-)
